Delete your Jettie account

Your data, your call.

Jettie is your accountability coach, not your data jailer. If you want to leave, we make it easy. This page explains exactly what gets deleted, what we keep, and how to request deletion.

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your Jettie account. Your message must include that same email address in the body so we can confirm which account to delete.

Send your request to hello@jettie.app

Example email body:

Please delete the Jettie account associated with: yourname@example.com

Your request must be sent from the same email address as your Jettie account. This is how we verify that you own the account. Requests sent from a different email will not be processed.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

What may be retained, and why

A small amount of data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or technical reasons:

We do not retain your account data for marketing, analytics, or any commercial purpose after deletion.

Before you go

Uninstalling Jettie from your phone does not delete your account or data on our servers. If you only uninstall, your account will remain dormant but intact. To fully remove your data, use the email process above.
